Where is our data hosted?
Exclusively in the EU — in certified data centres in Germany (Falkenstein/Nuremberg). Transfer via TLS 1.3, storage with AES-256, encrypted backups with a separate key.
How is data from different management companies separated?
Strict logical tenant isolation by tenant_id, backed by more than 200 test cases against cross-tenant access. Role-based permissions (manager, owner, board, tenant) and a gap-free audit log document every change.
What availability do you guarantee?
Enterprise: 99.95% annual availability per SLA (Terms § 4). Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance and don't count towards the calculation. Status at status.verwalto.xhub.io.
Are you certified?
The data centres are ISO 27001 certified. Our own BSI C5 attestation is in preparation (audit date expected Q4/2027), with ISO 27001 preparation starting Q3/2027. We communicate timelines transparently rather than advertising certificates we don't hold yet.
Do you support DACH multi-country?
Yes. Enterprise manages portfolios in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in one system — with country law for tax and heating costs and a multilingual interface for team and tenants.
How does migration from a legacy system work?
With guided data migration and priority onboarding. A dedicated contact takes you from handover to your first independent statement.
