Why we build Verwalto.xhub
Professional property managers still juggle yesterday's desktop ERP, separate cloud portals and Excel. We build the platform that unites WEG management, rental management and full accounting in a real cloud — ready for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, audit-proof and GDPR-compliant.
What we stand for
Depth over surface: real ERP accounting on an SKR basis instead of a mere billing aid, end-to-end processes instead of silos. And honesty over marketing — we label what is still in development and never advertise certificates we don't hold yet.
Who is behind it
Verwalto.xhub is a digital service of BeeBack UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Frankfurt am Main and led by its founders Patrick Jerominek (CEO) and Torsten Link (CTO). We are in the early-access phase and develop the product together with our first management companies — close to practice, with short paths.
