The module is intended to bring energy consumption and energy certificates together per building in one place, rather than leaving them scattered across individual documents. Building this building-level data base is the current stage of development and not yet fully available.
Basis for later ESG reporting
The goal is to derive ESG evaluations from the collected energy data later, for example to classify a portfolio energetically. These evaluations are planned and depend on the per-building data base being maintained consistently first.
